Existing Client Appointment

Expectations & Standards

Appointment Cancellations and No Shows

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a notice 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, for a full refund of deposit. This consideration not only helps us manage our schedule more efficiently but also allows us to offer the slot to other clients who are waiting for an available appointment. Late cancellations less than 24 hours notice will result in a no refund of deposit.

Please be mindful, if you are more than 10 minutes late for the arrival of your appointment, your deposit of $35.00 will not be refunded or transferable for your next scheduled appointment. All no call or no shows will result in a total charged fee of $150.00.

FOR Husky or state-insured members who accumulate two no-call/no-show appointments, regardless of whether they are consecutive, will be automatically discharged from services.

Any two no-call/no-show incidents at any time may result in discharge.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please note that our system requires you to book a new appointment rather than cancel the existing one directly. You may do this by visiting our website at www.beveryresilient.com and selecting the "Existing Client" option to schedule a new appointment. When submitting your request, please include a brief reason for the change along with the date of your original appointment. Once we receive your request, we will promptly update your appointment in our system. Alternatively, you may contact our office at (860) 438-6844 to reschedule or cancel your appointment by phone.

Session Conduct and Attendance Expectations

  1. Be On Time and Ready: Sessions must must begin on time and take place in a quiet, private space. Appointments conducted while driving or in public areas are not permitted. If this occurs, the session will be promptly disconnected or will end immediately.

  2. Communication: Please check your email and the patient portal regularly for important updates from our office. Missed communication may lead to cancelled appointments.
